Illinois SES Application Dates |

The next application periods to become an approved SES provider in Illinois are:
- October 1, 2008—October 31, 2008, and
- February 1, 2009—February 28, 2009.
All providers are required to submit cost estimates prior to serving a district and to submit actual cost reports at the close of services. These two submissions are made in PARS. ISBE has a PowerPoint presentation that PARS users should view first as a kind of “instruction manual” for PARS. Please note the first two slides about the necessary version of Internet Explorer.
PARS is also the system that receives new applications from entities wishing to be approved to offer SES in Illinois, and it holds the approved applications as the system in which application updating occurs.
