The oaSES team consists of a dedicated group of experienced and talented professionals. The key members of the team are:

Charles Steel - CEO and Technical Director

Charles has over twenty five years of experience in software development and business development. Charles leads the oaSES software development group and is responsible for technical direction, feature implementation and server related projects.

Nigel Musgrove - COO and Operations Director

Nigel has twenty years of experience in software development, system support, end-user training and business management. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Software Engineering both from Nottingham University in the UK. Nigel coordinates feedback from the sales and marketing group along with the Education Technology Director to ensure a smooth roll-out of software with relevant, provider-requested features.
 

Myka Calagione - Education Technology Director

Myka has over fifteen years of experience as a educator in New England and Florida. She has a BA in English from Assumption College and a MEd in Elementary Education from Smith College. Myka is our eyes and ears with Federal, State and School District issues.

George Beyer - Sales and Marketing Director

George is a recent addition to the oaSES team and brings a great mix of software sales and marketing experience along with knowledge of data center management and system development.
