oaSES-09 Adds EasyLink Options

One of the key elements in using a system like oaSES is getting bulk loads of data into the system and then getting accurate data out for school district invoicing. With our new suite of EasyLink options this whole process has become a lot easier and quicker. EasyLink provides: Rapid setup of a new oaSES system. Easily transition from your existing system or spreadsheets. Easy student import from school district systems and spreadsheets. Easy tutor import from spreadsheets. Easy export of data for district invoicing including attendance records. EasyLink gives oaSES the ability to import student data that has been created in any of the most common school district systems. In fact, even if you're just given a spreadsheet from a district then oaSES will be able to use that in a few simple steps. Similarly, if you have tutor lists in spreadsheet format, they can also be easily imported into oaSES. Using this combination enables new oaSES users to transfer their existing process or system over to oaSES-09 very quickly and with a minimum of data entry. In addition, oaSES can export data in "district-friendly" formats so it can easily be imported into all the common district-based systems. This reduces the possibility of data errors and speeds up the invoicing process so you can get paid quicker. And finally, if your existing system or school district have other or additional requirements then let us know.
